Hello and welcome to Mind Body Yay! In this podcast I will take you on a personal journal to mind body wellness for professionals. I will share with you my personal observations and impacts to my own well-being and how I regularly focus on my mind body habits to ensure I recharge my own energy and invest in health. It can be hard as a professional to focus on your well-being and it can be a slippery slope to burnout, however being aware of your well-being needs, setting boundaries and having some mind body interventions can really help to maintain wellness.
