Private coaching sessions cost $200 AUD per 60 minute session.

Why book a coaching session?

My coaching sessions will help you to invite more self-care, presence and balance into your life in a practical and meaningful way. I use a blend of yogic practices, mindfulness principles, energy management and self-care tools and techniques that you can incorporate into you life. 

A typical coaching session will include meditation, breathwork, yogic philosophy and energy work tailored to your needs. Coaching also includes practices and guidance to help you stay accountable for your mind and body well-being. 

I know you are busy,  so my coaching sessions are designed to support your individual need and they are virtual so you can do them from the comfort of your own home. 

Please note, these personalised coaching sessions are not a replacement for therapy, counselling or psychological support. I am not a therapist or clinical psychologist and recommend you also speak to your doctor for more psychological support.
