I'm Kate, 

It is nice to meet you, I am a Mindfulness & Self-Care Coach and Educator, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Speaker, Author & Podcaster. I love empowering people to grow and thrive through change and teaching and educating people in mindfulness, self-care and yoga. 

I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness for the last decade and have 20 years corporate transformation and HR experience, I am the founder of Kate Zourkas Co. and the host of the Mind Body Yay! podcast.

I teach busy and burnt-out women, leaders and professionals to better manage their mind, body and energy well-being using mindfulness and self-care techniques and practices.  Life can get overwhelming and stressful and I want to help you to breathe a little easier, prioritise and invest in your mental health and ultimately put the yay! back into your mind body wellness.

We are all in different seasons of our life and I offer practical and realistic self-care and mindfulness coaching with the right mindset, techniques and practices for sustainable success.

Meditate with me...

Have you tried meditation? A Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that is also known as a body scan meditation or a Yogic sleep. During a Yoga Nidra you are in a deep state of relaxation where you are relaxed yet aware and conscious. It is a great way to balance and calm the mind and body. Enjoy this 10 minute meditation and feel the benefits of a Yoga Nidra.
